Belén Domecq is an interior architect, founder and director of the interior design studio Grupo Cosmic with 20 years of experience and a large portfolio of more than 100 national and international projects (Morocco, the Côte d’Azur, England, Hong Kong, London …), becoming one of the most recognised interior designers in Spain. Her extensive professional career ranges from interior design to furniture, which is made specifically for each project. She is a fan of wood, stone, metal and mirrors. All her projects always have a common denominator: order, balance and luminosity with which she manages to create environments with refined and welcoming lines without leaving design aside.

Belén defines her work as ‘the manipulation of interior space, light and textures, investigating environmental psychology, architecture and design to achieve the desired project’. She deeply believes that every project must be able to overcome the passage of time, hence she flees from trends, as they are the opposite of durability. Even so, she recognises that small concessions to fashion are allowed in the choice of elements that can be changed at any time, such as colors or upholstery.
